To participate in any Aerocone travel, tour, or conference program, all travelers are strongly required to obtain valid travel insurance prior to departure.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance through Aerocone Travels and Companies UK Limited, you must ensure that your policy independently meets the required coverage standards for the entire duration of your trip.

Your travel insurance must include, at a minimum, the following:

• Trip Interruption Coverage (including total trip cost and airfare)
• Trip Delay Coverage
• Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation
• Medical Expenses Coverage (including illness, accidents, and pandemic-related events where applicable)

All coverage must be valid in the appropriate currency of your country of residence and applicable to your destination.

Failure to obtain adequate travel insurance may result in denial of participation, and Aerocone shall not be held liable for any losses, medical expenses, or disruptions incurred during your trip.

Luggage Restrictions

Luggage allowances may vary depending on your destination, itinerary, and mode of transportation. Travelers are advised to carefully review their trip details prior to departure.

General Allowance

For most Aerocone trips, the standard luggage allowance includes:

• One medium-sized suitcase (approximately 73cm x 50cm x 25cm / 29” × 20” × 10”) with a maximum weight of 20kg (44 lbs)
• One small hand or day bag for personal items

We recommend using soft-sided luggage. Large or metal-frame backpacks are not advised, as they may be difficult to store and could damage other luggage.

Flights and Regional Restrictions

For trips that include domestic or international flights, luggage allowances must comply with the specific airline’s baggage policy.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with airline weight and size limits. Any excess baggage fees will be borne by the traveler.

Special Trip Requirements

Certain tours (such as trekking, camping, rail-based, or adventure trips) may have specific luggage requirements. Where applicable, this information will be provided in your pre-trip documentation.

Mobility Requirement

For trips involving public transportation or city exploration, travelers must be able to carry and manage their own luggage comfortably. We strongly advise packing light and efficiently.

Special Equipment

For trips involving specialized activities (e.g., skiing), travelers may be allowed to bring relevant equipment such as skis, boots, or snowboards, subject to airline and transport regulations.
