Participation Policy
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 30
days before the tour start date.
If cancellation occurs between 14 and 29 days before the tour,
50% of the tour payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date
are non-refundable, as reservations and arrangements would
have already been secured.
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business
days through the original payment method.
If the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen
circumstances or operational reasons, participants will be
offered either a full refund or an alternative travel date.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid
travel documents, visas, and insurance where required.
