A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 30 days
before the scheduled tour start date.
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 29 days before the tour,
50% of the tour payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date are
non-refundable, as reservations and arrangements would have
already been secured.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
If the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen operational circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or an alternative travel date.
Visa processing fees, flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and third-party service charges are non-refundable once confirmed.
